Epic Armoury’s North Star Shield is a tall, narrow, black scutumor tower shield. The shield edge has serrations and incurvations giving the shield an aggressive look. The shield face is finely decorated with a sculpted, golden 12-point shooting star with a long tail running down along the shield towards the nadir. From the lower edge of the shield red flames rise 2/3s up the flanks of the shield. The upper part of the shield is rimmed along the edge with a narrow band in matching red hues. Both the shield’s flanks curve back towards the user. The grip is our versatile T-grip that can be fitted to carry the shield vertical, horizontal or diagonal.
